You will own and scale our serverless cloud infrastructure, ensuring high availability, security, and reliability across all environments. By building strong observability, automated infrastructure, and efficient release processes, you enable fast, stable product delivery in a regulated HealthTech environment.
👩🎨 Your tasks
Infrastructure Management: Define, manage, and scale our serverless cloud infrastructure, ensuring high availability and consistency across all environments
Observability & Reliability: Design and implement comprehensive monitoring, logging, and alerting strategies using modern tools (e.g., CloudWatch, Datadog, Grafana) to ensure system reliability
Release Engineering: Define, maintain, and optimize CI/CD pipelines and release processes to support high-velocity deployment in a multi-repo environment
Infrastructure as Code: Maintain and optimize our fully automated IaC environment (AWS CDK & SAM), ensuring infrastructure is reproducible, modular, and version-controlled
Security & Compliance: Ensure the infrastructure adheres to strict security standards (ISO 27001), implementing access controls, automated guardrails, and regular upgrades
Technology Evaluation: Continuously evaluate new technologies and automation tools that can optimize operational processes or reduce costs.
Troubleshooting: Lead investigations into system performance issues and outages, ensuring root causes are identified and resolved
🧑🎤 Your profile
Minimum 3 years of professional experience in DevOps, SRE, or Cloud Infrastructure roles
Deep understanding of the AWS ecosystem, particularly serverless architectures (Lambda, API Gateway, DynamoDB) and networking
You are comfortable writing code/scripts (TypeScript or Python) to automate tasks and build internal tooling
Familiar with security best practices, compliance frameworks, and maintaining system integrity in a production environment
Strong background in evaluating new technologies and creating technical documentation
Based in Berlin and fluent in English (C1+)
