Our mission: Outpatient Care Supercharged.
Our goal is to noticeably reduce the workload of physicians in their daily work—whether in their own practices or in our ETERNO Spaces.
With ETERNO Cloud, we have developed cloud-based practice management software that digitally maps the entire patient journey and integrates seamlessly into existing processes. This makes outpatient care not only more efficient, but also more humane.

Application process
Our application process usually consists of at least three steps, individually tailored to the role and team. People & Culture looks forward to accompanying you throughout the entire process.
First meeting.
People & Culture starts with an initial interview via Zoom to get to know you and give you an initial overview of ETERNO and the role.
Interview with the hiring manager.
In the second step, you will meet the hiring manager and go into more detail about mutual expectations, knowledge, and skills.
Individual.
All further steps depend on the position you have applied for:

At headquarters, we mainly speak English. At our locations and in communications with our target group, we mainly use German. This ensures that everyone feels comfortable and can understand each other as well as possible.

At headquarters, we work remotely in a hybrid model.
In all cities where we have an ETERNO Space, we offer you the option of working from there.
Apart from that, we are remote-oriented and you decide whether you prefer to work remotely or from the office. -
Each process has a minimum of 3 steps. Depending on the position and scope of the process, it can take anywhere from one week to several weeks.
