Application Process
This is what you can expect. We try to organise your process as individually and quickly as possible. Each process involves at least three steps and the order may vary depending on the availability of the teams. Our People & Culture team will guide you through the entire process and is always available to answer any questions you may have.
Get to know each other
Our People & Culture team starts with an initial meeting via Zoom to get to know you and give you an initial overview of Eterno and the role.
Interview with the Hiring Manager
In the second step, you get to know the hiring manager and go into more detail, such as mutual expectations, knowledge and skills.

We work hybrid remotely at our headquarters.
In all cities where we have an Eterno Space, we offer you the opportunity to work from there.
Apart from that, we are remotely orientated and you decide whether you prefer to work remotely or from the office. -
Each process has a minimum of 3 steps. Depending on the position and scope of the process, it can take from one week to several weeks.
