👩‍🎨 Your tasks

• Implementation of various development, testing and automation tools as well as the IT infrastructure
• Definition and specification of development, testing, release, update and support processes for DevOps operations
• Provision and management of software environments, including management of CI/CD pipelines
• Monitoring the performance and maintenance of systems according to requirements, optimizing performance bottlenecks and reducing overall costs
• Troubleshooting problems and outages
• Ensuring security through access controls, backups and firewalls
• Upgrading infrastructure in line with industry best practice
• Evaluate new technologies and partners that can optimize or simplify operational processes
• Building/expanding the internal wiki with technical documentation, manuals and DevOps guidelines

🧑‍🎤 Your profile

• Based in Berlin and fluent in English (min. C1)
• 2 years of professional experience in an equivalent role
• Proficient in CI/CD pipeline management, system performance optimization, and cost reduction
• Experienced in AWS DevOps process definition and IT infrastructure upgrades aligned with best practicesBitte
• Skilled in security protocols, troubleshooting outages, and maintaining system reliability
• Strong background in evaluating new technologies and creating technical documentation
